We have rail siding at both our West Virginia and our Florida facilities. This allows us to unload railcars into either gaylord boxes or super sacks.
Our facilities have the ability to grind a variety of materials and remove fines and separate metal from our finished materials. We do this by using a system of grinders ranging from 30HP to 150HP with air aspiration and metal separation capabilities.
Our metal separation systems are capable of separating both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
We screen to remove oversize and fines at our facilities. This improves the quality of our products by eliminating contamination as well as ensuring proper material feeding for our customers.
To maintain quality control of materials purchased from us, all materials are brought to our warehouses and put through a variety of tests. Our on-site laboratories provide valuable information such as melt index, melt point, intrinsic viscosity, density, durometer and multiple levels of visual inspection for quality control.
We provide repelletizing services at our facilities.
