Metal Separation & Screening
Our metal separation systems are capable of separating both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
We screen to remove oversize and fines at all three facilities. This improves the quality of our products by eliminating contamination as well as ensuring proper material feeding for our customers.

Testing & Quality Control
To maintain quality control of materials purchased from us, all materials are put through a variety of tests before they leave our facility.
Our on-site laboratory provides valuable information for each of the products we sell. This includes melt index, melt point, intrinsic viscosity, density, and durometer as well as multiple levels of visual inspection.

Railcar Unloading
We have rail siding at our Mississippi facility. This allows us to unload railcars into either Gaylord boxes or Supersacks. We can handle bulk trucks at different locations.

Shredding Systems
CPR, Inc. has the ability to process pipe up to 20 feet long and up to 48 inches in diameter, with any wall thickness. We handle HMWHDPE, HDPE or PVC pipes. The shredding and grinding process can produce up to 2,000 lbs. of 3/8” regrind per hour.

Grinding Systems
Our facilities have the ability to grind a variety of materials and remove fines and separate metal from our finished materials. We do this by using a system of grinders ranging from 75HP to 150HP with air aspiration and metal separation capabilities.

Re-Packaging
We provide Re-Packaging services into Gaylords boxes or Supersacks.

Pulverize
Currently CPR pulverizes PVC regrind in our Tampa, FL facility.

Bulk Truck
Our Mississippi facility has the capability to unload PET pellet from bulk trucks directly into Supersacks
