Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) Visits Commercial Plastics Recycling, Inc.

March 12, 2024 - Commercial Plastics Recycling, Inc. hosted Stephanie Strategos Polis, VP of Communications, with Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS).

Stephanie toured the Tampa, Florida facility with Gustavo Morales, CPR President and Chief Operating Officer, seeing first-hand how CPR utilizes multiple shredders and grinders to process different plastics simultaneously. In addition, she toured the on-site quality-control lab to learn the steps taken at CPR to ensure the quality of the recycled plastics.   

She was also able to meet with the CPR team and shared the many ways PLASTICS is promoting recycling with their new campaign RECYCLING IS REAL including their efforts to communicate this message at the federal level in Washington DC.
